**Anyone who doesn't follow the rules their performance will be stopped and they will be disqualified!

I, meaning myself or the parent or guardian, understand that the Cotton Festival, nor the City of Berlin are responsible for property damage, lost items, or personal injury that may occur to the contestant, myself or anyone in our entourage during the talent show. I also understand that the judges' decisions are final and will not be disputed. I certify that I understand all of the rules and will conduct good sportmanship. I also understand there are NO refunds unless the talent show is cancelled. I agree to allow myself OR my child's photos to be used in Cotton Festival's publications and on the Cotton Festival's website. Your signature acknowledges acceptance of these statements.
