The Cotton Festival is located in the small town of Berlin, Georgia. Berlin is a small rural town between Moultrie, Georgia and Valdosta, Georgia. Berlin is located off of Highway 133.

The Cotton Festival has something for everyone. Food, Arts and Crafts, Singing, Dancing, Silent Auction and much much more!

The Festival starts at 9 am with a parade at 2 pm. With a Streeet Dance begining at 8 pm.
